Review about Kailash Parbat Restaurant from Gehani Priya

Kailash Parbat is a large chain of Indian vegetarian restaurants. I visited the Al Seef outlet in the evening time around end of December 2019 with my family and had a great time. We ate a lot of Indian dishes but the Mumbai street food is the best here, compared to other items. The outlet has a luxurious feel and totally instagrammable. It is set on two floors, with outdoor and indoor seating areas on both, a kids play area near the entrance and shisha and alcohol on top floor. The indoors are beautifully done with green comfy couches, brown tables and mini gold chandeliers that stand out to give an elegant vibe to the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and took our order quickly after we arrived. They asked us questions of concern such as if anyone in our family is allergic to any ingredients which gave us a better idea of their food safety practices. But thankfully none of us have any allergies and our taste buds can relish the mouth-watering food. The outlet got packed since it was a weekend and hence the service was slow but the restaurant was extremely clean and hence it has turned into an iconic brand. The portion sizes are perfect and presentation is simple. The starters I enjoyed eating the most was Vada Pav and Pani Puri. In the main course dishes Chole Bature and Hyderabadi Biryani were extremely delicious. I enjoyed having desserts like Rabri with Hot Jalebi and Ras Malai. Finally the scrumptious meal was ended with a cup of hot Masala chai which was much required in the cold weather. The quality of the food is good. The prices are pocket-friendly and for a multi cuisine restaurant and with views of the creek it’s definitely worth it!
