This is the best place I've ever been, and I can’t imagine what a restaurant should be like to be cooler than Neos! Already from the ascent to the 63rd floor of the murazhka on the skin. Gorgeous, fantastic panorama of the night Dubai, breathtaking when approaching the window. I was afraid that after Neosa I would be left without money, but the prices were acceptable. Attention: a very strict attitude to the dress code, men in shorts and sandals are not allowed.

There is always something about dining in the backdrop of the glittering city skyline, but Neos takes it 63 levels above the ordinary.
