Review about Pizza Di Rocco from Lavrenets Kateryna
I have been to the Pizza Di Rocco restaurant twice, and both times I had Margherita, and I must say that it was a really good choice. Very good pizza and fresh ingredients. I will definitely come again to try other things. This is a small place, very comfortable, and the staff is really friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Our dough is made using authentic Italian flour, from a mill dating back to the 1930âs. A secret quality of our flour lies in the stone milled flakes of wheat germ, full of vitality, and rich in nutrients, making our dough light, fragrant and more digestible..
A real pizza always begins with authentic, hand tossed dough made from 100% fresh ingredients with no preservations or artificial additions. Roccoâs dough is prepared up to 48 hours in advance, allowing the fermentation process to complete before cooking, ensuring the pizza base is light, crispy, and easy to digest. Roccoâs pizzas are available in your choice of original white flour, or whole wheat flour!
