Shakespeare and Co is a chain of restaurants which is  very popular in Dubai. I have been there many times at outlets in Dubai Mall and Village Mall Jumeirah for attending events like Eid and National Day. The ambiance of the restaurant is awesome, the interiors remind you of a English style palace and the vibes are very positive. They have enough seating arrangement available and the place is very cozy. Since a lot of people gather during celebrations in events, I prefer eating less food due to the place getting crowded and I do not feel so comfortable to participate in the competitions of the event after a heavy meal. They have a range of options in the menu including Breakfast, Crepes, Soups, Sandwiches, Pasta, Main Course (Meat, Poultry, Fish and Seafood), Saj, Salads, Signature Burger, Pizza, Desserts, Pasta, Cold and Hot Beverages. I usually meet a few old friends at these events and we order some scrumptious items to share with each other like Mushroom soup, Chocolate Crepe, Tortilla Wrap, Fondant Au Chocolat and Red velvet milkshake. I really enjoy such wonderful experiences of interaction with interesting people and trying delicious food! The customer service of the outlets is superb. Staff is friendly and the order arrives in good time! The presentation of the dishes are amazing and they provide nice cutlery. Good cleanliness is observed in every nook and corner of the restaurant. You can also do a takeaway from here. The packaging is usually done in an appropriate manner. The prices of the food and beverages is quite high and it is expensive for many people. But for the quality and quantity of food it is definitely worth it! Overall I will recommend to anyone who wants to have a meal with friends and family in a lavish and elegant place!
