There are many Japanese restaurants in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, but I have two of my favorites - Zuma in Dubai and Koi in Abu Dhabi. Located in my favorite hotel St. Regis, stylish calm interior and pleasant background music. Koi is a colorful variety of Amur carp, in honor of which was named the whole network. It was in Beverly Hills and Las Vegas. Here in Abu Dhabi the restaurant is no worse. Stunningly delicious black cod miso with mashed potatoes from Okinawa and Chilean sea bass for a hot, excellent assorted sashimi for a snack. Very tasty. Recommend all lovers of Japanese cuisine!
