Sushisan at Holiday Inn is an interesting restaurant serving some classic dishes as well as some in a contemporary style. The restaurant itself is well thought out, brightly lit, beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming. The staff were all kind and knowledgeable. Food also flew out of the kitchen, and the Sushisan team made every effort to meet any special requirements. I liked the design of the restaurant, as it felt the true Japanese mood as soon as you entered.
