The Thiptara Restaurant is located Mohhamed Bin Rashid boulevaed Downtown Dubai.the location has overlooking of the Dubai Fountain within the Palace hotel and has a sight seeing view of Burj Khalifa.it’s well worth a visit for delicious Thai food, great wine and beer and lovely, attentive service.
