The attendants are always checking if you are following their safety rules.
There are some places where you need to be extra careful
The Bounce X in DFC is huge. It has a lot of activities not only for kids but for adults. People who are into sports and challenges should definitely go. Aside from that they have this promotions to get you fit which absolutely you will. I had classes for a week and I lost weight. Their attendants are very helpful and always smiling. If you have kids you should definitely bring them and for your group of friends as well.
