Review about Royal Palm Holidays Tour Operator Dubai from mua_kavi kamboj

Dealing was very good Behaviour of Jatin Singh who is from Jalandhar city, punjab, India
I got a call from Mr. Khan on 11th june that me and my husband have won three free gifts from Royal holidays and they asked to join the associates at hotel oaks for collecting the gifts and told this whole process will take 30 minutes. I asked my husband to join me going there as we were the lucky winners. We took time to meet the associates in the evening of same day where we were happily greeted by the girl on reception and she offered us water. Later a male named Sumit deal with us about the plan of holiday package. We had so many queries coz we were interested to buy the plan. It took two hours of discussion and sumit very nicely and patiently briefed everything. Sumit’s Manager named Jatin singh was coming in between to sort some of our queries though he was not very presentable and was not even had a smiling face or positive body language while attending us/customers. By the end, we got to know that we are being forced to take the package right there. They were saying that this offer is valid only for today or we will not get the offer. Anyhow, we decided not to take the package as we really wanted some time to discuss about the package we need because there were three different packages. When i surrendered and asked not to take any of the package, Jatin Singh stood from his chair and    asked Sumit to get the table cleared in a rough tone (his words were table khali karwao) We did not like his this egoistic and rude behaviour. I just asked him to listen to me but he left. Me and my husband complained Sumit about the attitude his SO CALLED MANAGER showed. No doubt, sumit was right there and listened to us and did not say anything.  We went to the reception area to write a feedback of Jatin singh or to have a word with his senior but unfortunately there was no valid process to file a complaint of such an arrogant employee. Later Jatin singh, himself came and asked us about the issue and when my husband tried explaining him the behaviour he did then he again raised his voice and started arguing which literally showed the family background or ettiquates he must be carrying. I tried explaining him that its not the customer service, if a customer is not taking your services does not mean you will misbehave with them neither he listened to me nor felt guilty and left the reception area by nodding his head in a denial sense. My whole idea of writing such a long story on this platform is that the company should take some step or teach such employees about the customer service.
