Review about Royal Palm Holidays Tour Operator Dubai from Babu Rajeev

No Benefit. Loss of money and time.
Please be aware that all this happens due to the fact that we received a call on 13th June 2021 from ROYAL PALM HOLIDAYS FZE saying that we won some gift due to filling a raffle coupon dropped in Safari Mall. ROYAL PALM HOLIDAYS FZE representatives called me the very next day to come and collect the winning gift with my family. We received the same call on 17th June 2021 to collect it from Four Point Sheraton on the 18th June.2021.   Please know, we live in Ajman & it took us about an hour to reach the place. Post which we spent another hour & a half hour with Mr. Anurag and his team and hearing about the tour packages offered by ROYAL PALM HOLIDAYS FZE. We purchase a package for 15 days. Upon asking your team to book the rooms according to my convenient date and time the responses received were not satisfactory. The common responses received were rooms unavailability due to Eid Holidays and thus provided some alternative local excursion which we as family are not interested in.   ROYAL PALM HOLIDAYS FZE Sales Manager(Mr. Khalid) informed me that the bookings were not applicable to my package over our telephone conversation. ROYAL PALM HOLIDAYS FZE initial offer was to provide these facilities even during the week ends and all public holidays. But after I took the package, all these are now not applicable to me, which is extremely disappointing as this is the only time we get to spend time with family on vacations.    Also I had asked to provide the list of 5 star hotels applicable for my package on 1st July 2021, Still there is no response and while calling Mr. Salahudeen, his response was the team is still working on it. Does this mean that Royal Palm Holiday fze doesn’t have any package histories to provide to their clients?  I have written a number of times to get an update. But still no response.
