best trip planners i had ever contacted with , in vacations we were planning to go out, we were not able to decide the location, so the Al Wafaa Tourism agent gave us good packages and advice of countries as well so we decided to go Baku, very nice place, visa processing, ticket booking, hotel booking and hotel pick and drop was included in the package and we enjoyed a lot, highly recommends
