Rio Travels is the first travel agency I dealt with here in UAE regarding our exit. It was referred to us by our friend, and also our agent, Mr Zen.
Mr Zen was really helpful and accommodating at that time, doing follow-ups, and even explaining everything about our exit to our boss. During the day of our exit which is also the last day of our visa, we got our new visa copies immediately. Our transaction was smooth and thanks to our agent who guided us with the process, and being patient with all our queries.
