Service very bad, staff is not professional.
Too much disappointed in the staff dealing with guests and visitors. No respect, no values,
No visitors allowed.One of the worst hotels i have been to, their prioritie is to take money from their costumers, they are makingn me pay for something I didn't do.The rooms are not that much bad but the front desk crew including duty manager are terrible. Highly confused and don't know what they are doing.
