Good service ,clean and comfortable room , big choice of food, nice restaurant
Gym can be improved
The hotel is amazing. Quite near to the Financial Centre metro station, Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. The rooms are amazing with good views, I'd suggest checking into rooms higher than the 20th Floor. The AC though could get a bit too cold so it's better off during cold season. I really enjoyed my stay there. If you want an extra bed in your room it's better to get it reserved to avoid being inconvenienced. They have a free shuttle service too that takes you to limited different locations including The Mall of Emirates.
