Customer Service needs to be improved
I would say its an affordable place to stay. The hotel is quite old fashioned but the rooms are renovated. Still they try to keep it clean. I would love to see better warm communication and etiquette from their receptionist. I stayed for one night with my team. Check in procedure was okay and.they allowed us a late checkout at about 1pm at no cost. Our original rooms had some odor, so our rooms were changed and the new rooms were much better. Walking distance to metro and accessible to many shop. There were billiard tables. Breakfast is the same: sausages, scrambled eggs or boiled eggs, fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, semolina porridge and chickpea soup or lentils. Some faults though- the pool did not work, or maybe it was not there at all, there are no airport transfers and most of the occupants were travelers from Iran and Afghanistan.
