Vacationing with a friend in this hotel for 10 days from March 6. Welcomed us really kindly, to treat a cold juice. Arrived at the hotel at 4 PM, we were settled immediately. We have announced a Deluxe room, we were given a superior room with more space with two beds. Given adaptor, bathrobes (white), Slippers. Now the rooms do not have microwave ovens. At the reception there are two Russian-speaking girls. They are attentive, very friendly. All problems are solved instantly. We asked how to get maps of the metro, we were given maps, we have successfully used them. Only Breakfast was included. The Breakfast is very good, surprisingly, but for 10 days we don't get tired of them. Everything was very tasty, in reviews of listed all the products. I really liked that these mixers were not, as in Turkey, all the food is edible. This is a restaurant, tables laid as they should be in the restaurant. And friendly team meet. Generally, indeed, in the hotel kind of atmosphere that all very happy for us. I was surprised when I read the reviews and people wrote. But I was sure of it. We put two bottles of water every morning, but we asked and they gave us as much as we asked. Housekeeping normal, but for some reason they didn't wipe the dust from the cabinets. By the end of our trip layer is formed. Bed changed twice. The bed is very comfortable and the bed white. The room is very quiet, the neighbors don't hear. Guests of the hotel are mainly Russians and Europeans. The hotel location is relatively good proximity to transport, close to the metro station, 20 minutes walk from the hotel, bus stop near the Mall of the Emirates. But there is basically nowhere to walk. And to be honest, there was no time to walk, to go on trips and visit parks. Excursions in Dubai unnecessarily expensive. They take guided tours from the locals, and well, that they were not accompanied by a guide. The service is the same. I was surprised with a very expensive transport and the metro, and the bus and taxi is very expensive. Let me give an example: the bus ride to Global Village is 10 dirhams one way (exchange rate is about 18 rubles). They took a taxi to the flower Park and paid 35 dirhams one way. Metro: reached to the city of Dubai, took 7 dirhams. Bus driven to the beach as indicated. All regulated clearly in time. I liked the sea, the sand is white, it is true that in the beginning of March for me is still 23 degrees. I want to thank the entire staff for the service provided.
