I did not like the fact that the reception staff did not speak English
The hotel is comfortable, clean, everything works. The room has everything you need (fridge, safe, TV, air conditioning, telephone, kettle). All the towels were changed daily, bed linen every 3 days. The room was always bottled water. The staff were all friendly, always asked "do I need something". The hotel is an 8-minute walk from Union station, near several supermarkets and small eateries. Gift shop not too far. Rooftop worker pool with SPA
