We lived in December, by location far from the center, but close to the old airport. Prior to the subway 10-15 minutes, the infrastructure nearby is not developed, poor area. the hotel is far from 4 *, it is especially felt at the reception, spa and pool. Numbers like nothing, everything you need is, if something is missing, they will bring / do. the staff is what the hotel really differs in, well done guys, service pulled out. The restaurant employees were a particularly good example of hospitality: starting from the manager Francisco, the dark-skinned beautiful girl is the hostess, and the guys are waiters - special thanks! They always did everything and even more, they brightened our stay at the hotel. Worked for 5+. At the reception are also good guys and the economic service is also great. In general, the hotel is normal if you do not find fault, but the music at night from the clubs is a separate issue. When checking in, it is better to ask for a quieter room, we fall asleep every night to loud songs and dances. And the room itself is pretty good, the bathtub is a bit old and the balcony is dirty, dusty glass. Everything is in the room: bathrobes, slippers, comfortable bed, TV, in general, everything is not bad. The biggest minus is that it is far from the center, take the subway for 40 minutes. A shuttle service goes to the beach - 10 minutes by bus. Nearby there is a grocery store. If you choose a hotel as a connecting, then ok, but it's better to live in the center.
