background noise, bathroom looks scruffy
Booked this hotel on the fact people had reviewed the breakfasts as being good. Although it does have many options, the experience was a little above average. They could reduce the quantity and improve the quality checks. Good location as it is almost in the city center, check in could have been processed faster. The Dubai mall and city walk are only a 5 minutes drive. Friendly staff, we did feel somewhat welcomed but they could have given same attention to the foreigners as they gave to the natives. Room was okay but we were given a low floor even though the hotel was almost empty and you need to be on the 10th floor and above to drown the motorway noise at the front of the building. Swimming pool on the roof was nice but you cannot see so much outside through the cloudy windows. The bathroom could do with some renovation.
