Location, beautiful area, good WiFi.
Unfriendly staff, bad service, cold room
The receptionist was not welcoming and warm at all but rather very unfriendly, cold and serious.The room was clean and okay but not wow.The reason for booking this hotel was because of the roof top pool. On arrival it was closed and we were not told about it. Only one set of towels in the room. The room was freezing cold.
