Habtoor Palace, LXR Hotels & Resorts, we visited with my daughter for the first time. For the first time we were in Dubai, and for the first time we began our acquaintance with this country, from this hotel.
Great! Great! Insanely good !!!
From the first minute of staying at this hotel, we were enveloped in attention and care. The staff is top notch! The guys are just smart! Nothing gets out of their control to please the guests and create the most comfortable stay. Very wonderful staff !!!
There was a feeling that we were alone in this huge palace. I am extremely glad that there were no cheap parties, noisy parties, or some strange drunken faces. This is truly a paradise.
Unfortunately, the sea is far from the hotel, and the smallest minus is that it is located in such a location that you need to take a taxi, since all you can see is on the other side of the canal, which is shared by Habtoor Palace, LXR Hotels & Resorts from the center. But this is not scary. A stylish, smart Driver in a chic Lexus drove us to the sea, and took us when we wanted.
The beach from our hotel is located on Palm Jumeirah, in the territory of the subsidiary Habtoor ...
The service of all employees was exclusively at the highest level !!! The hotel administration complimented us with two tickets for the show at La Perla (Magnificent Theater), which is located next to the hotel. I note that the tickets were very expensive. Also, every day, after a walk, we found other compliments in the room in the form of sweets and fruits.
It seems to me that the rooms were cleaned several times a day. Bed and towels were changed daily.
Since we did not speak either English or Arabic, we were provided with the contacts of Russian-speaking managers - Alexey, Aigerim, Olya ... Thank you very much !!! You are just smart !!! The guys helped us with everything 24/7.
I would also like to thank the hotel cooks. Everything was delicious!!! Very tasty !!! Thanks for all!!!
