accessible location, friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, great selection food and beverages, neat and clean rooms
limited meeting space for big crowds, limited facilities, can sometimes be very crowded during breakfast.
This is by far the my most favorite focused-service hotel. The hotel is situated at a prime location which is nearby to Mall of the Emirates, 24-hour grocery shops and pharmacies, beaches, bus stations and metro stations which makes it very accessible to any activities. The staff there are just super friendly - from the concierge, front desk reception, to the housekeeping staff, food and beverage and to the people behind the operation. It could get very busy when there are large groups checking in, but they will always give a hand whenever possible. Rooms are neatly arranged and cleaned (and it smells nice, too!). They also have facilities like pool, gym, self-service laundry, spa, business center and to-go shop pantry. Selection of food and beverages are made with great quality and portion. It could just be very crowded and noisy during breakfast hours when groups are checked in - which makes it quite uncomfortable to go around and enjoy your breakfast in peace. But nevertheless, situation are lightened by staff who's always smiling and ready to assist you at all times.

Off Sheikh Zayed Road, we're next to the Mall of the Emirates, and within a kilometer of two metro stations. Al Sufouh Beach and the Palm Jumeirah are about 15 minutes’ drive away. Burj Khalifa is 16 km from our hotel.
