Some staff are not professional at all, and service should be better
Love this property, super comfortable bed, lovely check in staff and a whole bunch of things to do in and around the hotel. The only grievance is the mismanagement of the buffet breakfast seating. The selection of food is great but the team handling the registration and seating is lousy. I was seated at a table, went to get my food and found someone else seated at my table. That is usually fine but not when you have to give your table number for your food being prepared so it can be delivered to your table.
