problem with service, staff should be trained better
Feedback in three words. The hotel is new, modern, good rooms and infrastructure, a small area, but everything is convenient and thoughtful. Nice, large beach, cool heated pools. The guys at the reception are not Russian-speaking fellows, are trying very hard to help, why do they! But overall the hotel services for a solid deuce! That on the beach, that the restaurant staff is not trained and absolutely can not cope with their duties, regardless of tip. Entertainment at the hotel is completely missing.
