We chose this hotel because it was near the airport, 4 stars, and an attractive price for a special offer. The room was very large, two huge and comfortable beds, it seemed our stay would be very pleasant. Well, the biggest disappointment was waiting for me in the morning - I tried to start the morning to go to the pool, which was supposed to be open from 7 or 8 am. Arrived at approx. 9 am, I found it closed! The hotel manager said that after 5 minutes the employee will come back and open. I returned after 10 and found an employee catching something (palm leaves? !!) Having a nice smile, he invited "Madame to come in 10 minutes. or wait .." It is clear that after 10 minutes. I didn’t come back and clarify if I could swim! I haven’t encountered this anywhere, moreover, this is strange for 4 stars in Dubai!
