The hotel is close to many shops and markets
Rooms are not so clean
Budget friendly hotel in Deira but the rooms are unkempt. We got into our room and the floor and mat had not been cleaned or mopped, the windows were dusty, including the shower curtain. I asked our housekeeper if he could clean and change what was necessary and he did. We even became so friendly that when we were in our room he wouldn’t knock he would just walk in and make himself comfortable. Good buffet breakfast, the WiFi only worked in the room and passages. At the lobby you will find a very annoying sales person who will try to force you to go with him and invest in Dubai. As for location, there is much traffic and busy streets far from tourists sites, but good for those who came for business and the markets. It was okay for our short stay of 3 nights.
