Our stay with the family was excellent. Youness and Cassim checked in when we arrived, very professional and polite. They demonstrated superiority and ability to handle people, despite the presence of a huge number of families and guests to register. The concierge staff was excellent ... very welcoming. The rooms were tidy, the dinner and breakfast were excellent. Glory to Aryaan Rotan staff and management. Be sure to come back and spread kind words about you all. Many thanks.
