We were vacationing as a couple, it was the first time in Dubai. The hotel did not disappoint, the location was good, staff very friendly, the problems with language was not (speaking Russian). We arrived at the hotel around 9am and we settled in 10.40 (without any extra charge for early check in), they also did not charge us a Deposit, but forgot about our request to clear out the mini bar.
