crowded, construction all around
On my opinion the advantages of this beach is only infrastructure - showers, changing rooms, restrooms. Sand disgusting - more like building chips. The water is cloudy. There are a lot of people. The buoys are too close and you won’t swim. The impression that you are swimming in the paddling pool. Around the construction site and the views are not pleasing to the eye. No more going to this beach. There are much better places in Dubai to spent time under the sun.
