This project aims to accomplish two goals, improving the workflow of line 1103 and automating and designing an EMC filter test bench. For the first objective we have targeted three aspects; The reduction of scrap by applying the AMDEC process and setting up a control chart for the electrical test process, improving the availability via the application of the AMDEC machine on the production equipments for deduce the systematic preventive maintenance plans for each machine and by improving the management of the stock of spare parts, and finally the reduction of the time of change of series. The second objective is to automate and design a filter test bench, to protect operators who are involved in testing the electrical rigidity by designing a plastic test bench, also reducing the duration of the test which is done manually and thus increase the rate of production through an interface in LabVIEW. Finally, filter test traces were accessed via the corporate network using the database created under Access.
