Rosario Girasa is Distinguished Professor of Law at Pace University, New York, USA. He has taught for 40 years, authored over 130 articles and five prior books on cyberlaw, finance law, shadow banking, and blockchain. He has lectured globally including giving MBA courses at the University of Shanghai and in Stralsund, Germany.
