Book Description
Located on the Tunisian coast, the agglomeration of Sfax (500,000 inhabitants) is characterized by a strong demand for basic care, materialized here by the growth of respiratory morbidity in the sector of Basic Health over the period 1995- 2004. The temporal variability of this morbidity, expressed by the medical consultation leads us to suggest a relation with the climatic context in Sfax. We analyze the aspects of this relationship between respiratory morbidity and the types of bioclimatic environments, especially winter and summer. The objective of this study is to focus on certain meteorological modes associated with various biometeorological environments.
