Editorial Review
This book is timely, with no other analysis of the content and application of IVS available to the property industry and property profession worldwide. This scholarly work does not simply describe International Valuation Standards but analyses them in detail, drawing together the context of globalisation with the historic and central concept of market value.' - Martin Bruhl FRICS, Managing Director, Union Investment Real Estate GmbH, Hamburg, Germany
