Cesar Bolano has a PhD in economic science from the University of Campinas (Unicamp) and is Professor at Universidade Federal de Sergipe (UFS), Brazil. He is the author of Mercado Brasileiro de Televisao; A Televisaobrasileirana Era Digital; Political Economy, Communication and Knowledge: A Latin American Perspective and Qual a Logica das Politicasemcomunicacao No Brasil?
