This work, realized within TUNISAIR, has as main objective to realize an integration of a test bench of a avionics equipment ATC / TCAS mounted on Boeing 737-600 allowing the determination of the defects of the equipments and the possibility of repair these failures within society. In order to realize this bench, we began by analyzing the environment of the ATC / TCAS control box. Secondly, we looked at a reliability study that is based on the use of the AMASIS software. The tool used to design our test bench is the various tests requested by the ATC / TCAS control box manufacturer and it will be used for CMM testing and repair to retrieve wiring diagrams as well as the FRE for the different tests performed.
