Psychological harassment is a danger to which the worker is exposed while carrying out his work. Indeed, psychological harassment is likely to alter the physical or mental health of the employee constitutes a professional risk. To counter this occupational risk, legislators in France and Quebec have imposed a ban to protect the workplace from this scourge.
