Today's society is a production company, which means producing more materials in less time. Thus, new forms of work, such as teamwork or night work, have emerged in order to increase the efficiency of this production. In this study, we will focus more specifically on factory workers working at night. It will be necessary to discover what are the strategies put in place by these workers to reconcile their work with their family life, in order to obtain a family cohesion. The first part will reflect on the different perceptions of night work. The second will concern the peculiarities of the situation of a night worker, in other words the advantages and disadvantages.
