The aim is to propose a model of the vehicle to facilitate control and diagnosis. This proposal is based on three complementary parts. Modeling: In this part, we propose an analytical model representing the dynamics of the vehicle with defects. In order to evaluate the degree of representativity of this model, we validate it with the ve-DYNA simulator. We are also developing a simulator, based on this model, under Matlab with GUI. Driver Assistance Estimation and Strategy: In this section, we construct a global observer for the vehicle to observe states and identify parameters that are unknown or uncertain. Parameter identification is performed using algorithms dealing with the continuous system. A new strategy of Driving assistance is then proposed based on the identified parameters. Command: After having proposed and validated the dynamic model of the vehicle, as well as the observer, we are interested in the control of the chassis. Indeed, we propose in this part, two control techniques.
