For this reason, the current world is looking for ways to reduce the amount of Co2 through the use of several bonus and penalty methods. If we take as an example the drilling coefficient of gas and oil, the manufacture of steel and cement represents 35% of the emission of gas into the atmosphere. Thus, many techniques have been found to minimize this emission such as liquefaction of CO2, and the burial of this gas in the ground of the drilling factories in Hassi Messaoud. Among the solutions, proves the issuance of tax for the amount of CO2 emitted by the means used (France for example in 2009). Among these renewable energy, solar energy where photovoltaic, which is used in all areas of everyday life such as transport by solar energy.
