The Second Part studies the core aspects of the Constitution, as a supreme norm, in particular, its functions, its imperativeness, its obligatory nature; its derogatory power; your objective guarantee; its rigidity and the means for its reform; and the regime of states of exception. The Third Part is intended to analyze the fundamental principles of the organization of the State and the democratic political system, with particular reference to the national territory; to the democratic regime; to the status of persons and citizens; to the international performance of the state; and the Nation's security and defense regime. The Fourth Part refers to the Constitution of the Public Power, analyzing the vertical distribution of Public Power among the National, State and Municipal levels, and their legal effects. The Fifth Part studies the Federal Constitution, in a centralist framework, analyzing the principles of the Federal State, the distribution of powers of the Public Power and the constitutional regime of the States and Municipalities. The Sixth Part analyzes the Political Constitution, with the study of the organization of the National Public Power, in its Legislative, Executive, Judicial branches; Citizen, and Electoral. The Seventh Part refers to the Constitution of the people, studying the general regime of human rights and public liberties, in particular, individual rights, and constitutional duties. The Eighth Part studies the constitution of constitutional guarantees, in particular judicial guarantees: the right of access to justice, due process and effective judicial protection; the right and the amparo action; the writ of habeas corpus, and the action of habeas data. The Ninth Part analyzes the Social Constitution and the Social State, with particular reference to the social rights of the families; labor cultural and educational; environmental and of indigenous peoples; the constitutional duties. The Tenth Part studies the Economic and Financial Constitution, with special reference to the principles of the economic system; to the regime of economic rights, of the intervention of the State in the economy; and the fiscal and economic regime of the State; the tributary, and that of the public goods. The Eleventh Part examines the Constitution guaranteeing the Constitution, analyzing the supremacy of the Constitution and the general principles of constitutional justice and Constitutional Jurisdiction.
