The objective of this research is to reflect on the issues related to the implementation of a system of indicators of labor market measures (CMM) of the Canton of Vaud. Three issues related to the development and implementation of such a tool are discussed. First of all, this work deals with the strategy and objectives of the logistics of labor market measures (LMMT) on which will be built the indicators of control. Next, we will discuss the feasibility of developing reliable indicators of impact and outcome for MMTs. Finally, we will study the feasibility of integrating targets and target values ​​into the grant decisions issued by the Employment Service to MMT organizers.
