The establishment of methods for identifying spatial forms of metropolisation is part of a threefold logic. That of the control of the noosphere and the infosphere through the concepts of prevention and non lethality in the areas of security, population control, land use planning, military and humanitarian operations. That of the cybernetic logic whose approach of systemic reasoning and spatial analysis are, in geography, emanations. That of the reintroduction, through this application on a Maghreb metropolitan territory, the Kenitra-Rabat-Casablanca axis, of mathematical, political and regional geographies. We start from the premise that the metropolitan territories, urban and non-urban, are and will be the preferred theater for future defense and crisis prevention operations. At the present time, the question of metropolitanization remains above all that of its planning and its governance.
