This book evaluates the contribution of science and technology graduates (IUT, ENSAI and Faculty of Science) from the University of Ngaoundere to the development of North Cameroon. Using an evaluation methodology based on standard questionnaire surveys and interviews, 360 individuals who obtained their degrees from 1996 to 2007 were surveyed in the chiefs of regions and departments of North Cameroon, in the district of Figuil. and in the cities of Yaoundé and Douala. Statistical analysis using binary logistic regressions and non-parametric correlations using SPSS software reveals that there are no direct links between training and development in terms of production and productivity. The professional integration depends on academic background and social links. Thus, at the end of the training, a large number of graduates are moving towards the cities of Douala and Yaoundé to look for a job while North Cameroon has a rather diversified natural potential that could generate jobs. .
