They are professional and friendly to their client
Delays in updating the shipment status
The facility as I visit their office is organized and tidy. I like how they observe the COVID precautionary measures. The updates are somehow delayed so we are having trouble updating our clients also since we can only inform them once they give official communication. This should be enhanced. But personnel on the other side is professional and friendly they will help you as much as they can
