Once an order has been placed, the product is shipped from Amazon's warehouse.

With an account, Amazon remembers the items you have purchased and saves items you've put into your shopping cart that you haven't yet purchased; it keeps track of items you've looked at and it shows you similar items that might interest you. After you create your account, you can purchase an item immediately.
