Needs improvement
This is not my first Echo device - I have altogether 5 of them at the moment, and have used them for at least 3 years. Unlike other reviewer who criticized this gadget, I had no problems with setting it up and with using it. It works fine, plays music and answers questions. I am just unhappy with the sound, that was, of course, the primary reason to upgrade from Echo Plus to this device.You should know the product well before purchasing it.
