There is no hardwired Ethernet option
I added one of these to compliment a Ring Pro doorbell that I recently installed. Like other Ring products, they provide lots of installation extras, including tools, and the instructions were quite good. It was straightforward to add the device to my existing Ring app, do firmware upgrades, etc. However, there are some limitations that I found frustrating. I will not buy this product again. I suggest that they need to improve more this product in order to be successful in the market.
