The Sharjah National Park is a must on every list of things to do in Sharjah. This attraction is one of the most popular parks in Sharjah for more reasons than one, especially owing to its massive size of 630,000 m2! Given the fact that this is a public park, locals, as well as tourists, come here to engage in activities such as picnics and daily strolls. Spread across approximately 156 acres, the Sharjah National Park is the largest park in Sharjah.
Everyone is welcomed in the park, but it is mostly families that you will spot in here. There are a few restrictions along with a code of conduct board displayed on the entrance gate and every term on condition on that must be adhered to. A lot of recreation to look forward to here, however, bear in mind that sports like football are not permitted in here. This is not dog-friendly park, so remember to consider this before you think of taking your four-legged friend here.
All in all, one gem of Sharjah that has been trusted by families for the ultimate evening recreation. It is old and only seems to get better with time. Lots of lush greenery and calm to soothe your senses with!
