Within the Dubai Municipality local order 11, series 2003 DM STATE that "All food establishment shall clean the water tank every six (6) months and maintain them if necessary by DM approved water tank cleaning companies.DM Circular Ref #812/02/02/1/1017234" obliges landlords, tenants and whoever occupies a structure to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of water tanks and all pipe networks that distribute water throughout the structure". Total Care provides pre and post cleaning pictures and a certificate stating the cleaning date, the water tank cleaning team who cleaned the system and the next cleaning date, all as per Dubai Municipality standards.
