I am very happy with the protection plan that I purchased from Square Trade for my Kindle Fire 7. Due to some problems with how I was going to pay for my purchase, I started to cancel this order and the man I talked with was very gracious to me and understanding of the problem that I was having. After talking with my husband we decided to keep the order as was. The man that I spoke with was so very kind and helpful and assured me that the order would not be canceled, after I changed my mind again. With that kind of customer service I am happy to do business with Square Trade
